Make your own masterpieces in the Kohl’s Art Studio, gather around for musical children’s book reading, and explore the galleries with activities that reveal surprises around every corner.This event is included with Museum admission and is free for Members. Admission for kids 12 and under is always free, thanks to an anonymous donor.

Hands-On Block Printing | 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Inspired by the technique of LaToya M. Hobbs, whose monumental series "Carving Out Time" is on view now, print your own woodblock with a design made especially for the Museum by Anchor Press, Paper & Print.
Kohl’s Art Studio | 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Create a sculpture inspired by Shiro Kuramata’s “Miss Blanche” Chair and its distinct floating flowers.
Musical Story Time in the Galleries | 10:30 a.m.
Join Mr. Steve, a regular guest of Play Date with Art, for a story and sing-along in this bonus edition of our weekly Story Time in the Galleries.
