Come visit the bog in winter! This 1.75-mile hike goes through very diverse terrain and ends in a unique habitat: a floating tamarack bog. While hiking, we will explore how animals in Waterloo spend their winters. Meet at the Lower parking lot of the Discovery Center, near the pit toilet. The building is closed due to construction. Free with a State of Michigan Recreation Passport.
