• Check-in: 6:45–7:00 PM
• Random partner draw to start
• Games to 21 or a 20-minute cap
• Winners stay for one more round
• Losers rotate
• Two wins? You rotate too. Nobody camps on a board like it’s Black Friday
• Host tracks it all and announces nightly winners

• 8 players at once, rotating up to 16–20
• Expect to play 4–6 games depending on turnout
