With winter coming there will be more need, and opportunity, to use cold weather wear for upcoming events. Take this opportunity to join us for an A&S gathering themed on coat making. There will be patterns available for simple coats. A few Shire members are bringing spare cloth that will be available. It is first come first serve and supplies will be limited. Donations would be welcome. If you intend to make a coat, please bring a tunic to use for sizing.
If you are planning to attend, please RSVP by September 15th. If possible, include if you intend to make a coat, how many, and any materials you can provide. If you need assistance with materials, it is even more important to RSVP.
If you have a portable sewing machine and are willing to bring it, please do. Several Shire members will be bringing additional sewing equipment as well. The more the merrier.
