Winter '25 Golf Social @ Moffett Field

• The Winter 2025 Golf Social featuring tournaments (Par 3 & Scramble), Contests, PGA Pro lessons, & more. The goal of the event is to promote networking with #club-apple-golf golfers, family and friends.
• It is our hope that all participants will meet some golfers and perhaps even bring some of their own golf buddies as we ring in the 2025 golf year in style!
• For pace of play and movement throughout our activities, we will be initially limiting the total # of golfers for this event to 80. Please sign yourself and buddies up as soon as possible to ensure your spot!

• Location: Golf Club at Moffett Field
• Date: Saturday, 1/18/25
• Registration Cost: $170/attendee
• AM Session: 9:00am - 11:00am

• PM Session: 12:00pm - 4:30pm
• Each Registration Includes: Range Balls, Entry Into AM Session and PM Session events and contests, AM Session Snacks/Refreshments, PM Session Lunch Box

At registration, continental breakfast (donuts, bars, juice) will be available.

Choose from 1 of the available activities:

• 18-hole Par 3 challenge: Each group will ONLY hit a shot to the green and there will be no chipping or putting during this challenge. The # of greens hit will determine winner and potential prizes for individual and groups (randomized for networking purposes!).
• PGA Pro Skill Stations: Tune-up or Learn a skill with the PGA Pros at Moffett Field! Groups will be organized by skill level and rotation 30 minute sessions in short game play (e.g. chipping), iron play, and driver
• Open Session: Driving Range (Unlimited) and/or Driver Club Fitting (Per Request of attendees and must confirm with club fitter - indicate interest at registration)

• Short-Game Contests: Up/Down Contest & Bunker/Putting (Moffett field choice!)
• Lunch Box Distribution
• Prep for Afternoon Scramble

• 4-player scramble (choose your teammates or allow event committee to place on a team!)
• After every shot from the team, the team will select the best ball (shot) and play their next shot from that location

• Intended audience for this event are: Guests, family, and friends of #Club-apple-golf group golfers :)
• Registrants may register as a single player, 2-players (half-team), or 4-players
• Singles & Half-Team Registrations are welcome to play and will be matched with teammates

• Please be aware, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS on registration payments.

• AM Session: Par 3 Challenge: Top 2 Participants
• AM Session: Short Game Contests - Chipping & Bunker (or Putting)
• PM Session: Scramble: 2 Closest To Pins (CTP)
• PM Session: Scramble: 2 Long Drive
• PM Session: Scramble: Awards for Individual & Net Scores in Both Flights

• Payments and teams will be confirmed on Live Google Doc (Link: TBD)

• A "LIVE INFORMATION " Google Sheet which will contain up to date information on registrants and teams for AM/PM sessions (Link: TBD)
• A "Know Before You Go" Document will be sent out 2 days before the tournament ensuring all players have up to date information on parking, registration, and any last minute logistics
