Winter TLI is more than a required training. It is an investment in your growth as a leader and in the future of your club. Toastmasters International requires this training because strong clubs are built by prepared officers who understand their role, their impact, and their responsibility to serve.

This year’s Winter TLI is shaping up to be something special.

We are honored to feature a powerful presentation by Toni Ellis, titled

“The Smedley Drive: Winning One Club at a Time, A Championship Strategy for Toastmasters Growth.”

This session will challenge how we think about growth, sustainability, and momentum. It is not about quick wins. It is about building clubs that thrive, one member and one decision at a time.

I am also excited to acknowledge and welcome LaVerne Spruill, DTM, as our Winter TLI Co-Chair. LaVerne brings experience, excellence, and a deep commitment to Toastmasters leadership. We are better and stronger with her on this team.

If you are a club officer, this training is required. More importantly, it is valuable. It equips you with clarity, confidence, and practical tools you can use immediately in your club. When officers are trained, clubs perform better. When clubs perform better, members win.
