Join us for a day of creativity, music, games, food, and community at Wingspan's inaugural Love Leads Carnival & Art Fair!
Bring your family, invite your friends, and celebrate the creativity and talents of the people Wingspan supports while enjoying a day filled with live entertainment, local artists, delicious food, and activities for all ages.

Your donation helps support Wingspan's programs for people with developmental disabilities.
The day kicks off with our colorful Love Leads Parade from 11:30–11:45 am, featuring artwork and creations from our COMPAS Homemade Parade and Moving Art Contraptions residencies. The parade will include giant puppets from Heart of the Beast Puppeteers, a stilt walker, and live music from M.T. Pockets and Loose Change with Eagan HS Band.
Throughout the day, enjoy live performances by the Pan-Handlers Steel Drum Band, M.T. Pockets and Loose Change, and TaikoArts Midwest. Meet and take photos with Llama Mama MN's therapy llamas, explore fun art cars, browse artwork from Wingspan artists and local vendors, and try your luck at carnival games including a dunk tank, axe throwing, duck pond, cake walk, plinko, lollipop tree, corn hole, prizes, and more.
Hungry? Food will be available for purchase from Red's Savoy Pizza and MN Nice Cream from 11 am–2 pm, along with fresh baked treats from A Little This & A Little That from 10 am–2 pm.
🚗 Parking: Free parking is available in the Bolander Construction lot (251 Starkey St.) and the parking lot across the street. Parking attendants will be available to direct traffic.
Please note: Starkey Street and access to these parking lots will be closed from 11:30–11:45 am during the parade. We recommend arriving before 11:30 am or after the parade concludes.
🪑 Feel free to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the parade from along Starkey Street!
