Get ready this event is going to be barkepic.
Let's Sell Realty and Rods is Teaming up with Cloud 9 Aviation LLC at the Prattville Airport, to raise money for Little Star Chihuahua Rescue, Labor Day Weekend!
Proceeds from this show and from all sponsors will go to benefit this rescue.
This is a family fun day with a wings cook off, so if you think you got the best wings in town let's get you entered, Entry fee for wing cook off is $25, we provide the wings you provide the grill and your sauces and your award-winning seasoning. You’ll be sampling wings to the public so that they can choose a fan favorite, and celebrity judges will choose the overall winner!
We are accepting sponsors for this event. The deadline to get your forms, logos and payments in is August 5th so we will have time to get the event tee shirts in. They are adorable!
Sponsorship is $100 and includes your name on the shirts, 1 free plane, car, or motorcycle entry in show, and in all advertising ( TV, radio, and print)
We are accepting Vendors for this event for $25. Vendors will need to provide your own tent and tables.
Of course there will be trophies and those categories will be posted.
We will have food trucks, bouncy houses, raffles and so much more.
Spectators will be free. Vehicle entry will be $15 proceeds go to help Little Star Chihuahua Rescue.
Registration will begin at 7 am. show will start at 8 am
THERE WILL NOT BE ONLINE REGISTERING, THE ONLY PERSON THAT WILL BE DOING REGISTERING IS BRENDA LYTSELL.
SPONSORSHIP, VENDOR BOOTHS AND ENTRIES ARE ALL TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
