✈️🎨❄️ Wings & Wonderland Holiday Market In Support of the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County
Join us for a vibrant community holiday market hosted by Duncan Aviation, benefiting the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County! This exciting event will showcase local artisans and crafters, offering a wide variety of handmade goods.
🗓 Date & Time:
- Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM
- Open to Public: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Vendor Details:
- Booth Size: 10' x 10'
- Includes: 2 chairs per booth
- Cost: $65 per booth + Raffle/Silent Auction Donation
- Note: if you elect to pay via check or cash, you slot will not be fully secured until payment is received and processed by Duncan Aviation.
- Limit: 2 booths per vendor
🪑 Table Rentals:
- Cost: $10 per table
- Limit: 2 tables per booth
- Availability: Only 20 tables available – first come, first served
- Table Reservation: Must be added via an add-on ticket
📃Registered Vendor List: Can be found under the Lineup section. If you'd like to verify that there are no other vendors offering similar products or representing the same company, please check the list or email us at [email protected].
🚫 MLM Vendor Policy: To ensure a diverse and respectful vendor experience, only one vendor per MLM (multi-level marketing) company will be accepted. If a vendor from your MLM has already registered, we will contact you, issue a full refund, and reopen the slot to another business.

📋 Vendor Survey & Promotion: At the end of registration, you’ll be asked to complete a short survey about your business and offerings. We use this information to promote vendors to attendees. Please also email your logo and product photos to [email protected] so we can feature your work in our event marketing.
🍽️ Food Vendors: To ensure our food vendors receive sufficient business for their time, we are limiting participation to one coffee vendor and one food vendor. If you are interested in being added to the waitlist for this event, or to be considered for future Duncan Aviation sponsored events, please email us at [email protected]. Please note, we request a portion of your proceeds from the day be donated to the United Way.
💸 Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event. If you cancel, your refund will be processed automatically, minus any non-refundable Eventbrite processing fees. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event or for no-shows.
