Learn With Us at Wingo School
Join us for four cozy, in-person morning trainings from February-March designed to give early career professionals, Board members, and new Executive Directors a solid foundation in all things fundraising.
Come for breakfast at 8:30. School will be in session from 9:00 to 11:30 at in the West Village.

The Wingo team will be joined by two expert guest presenters, Stephanie Nilva, who will lead a session on recruiting nonprofit talent, and Olivia Blake, who will discuss how to maximize and love your CRM.
Olivia Blake
is a systems and data expert who works with clients to design, implement, and maintain systems for donor and programmatic data. Committed to building a deep-rooted understanding of her clients' needs, Olivia prioritizes collaboration and clarity of communication to deliver the best possible system. She specializes in Salesforce support and implementation and is certified on the platform.
Stephanie Nilva
is a consultant with expertise in nonprofit development, leadership, strategic planning, and capacity building. Her 25-year career spans roles from Staff Attorney to Founder and Executive Director of Day One. Stephanie's approach is deeply rooted in collaborative and equitable leadership, and her priority is to position nonprofit organizations for long-term success through inclusive teams, robust fundraising, and effective operational models.
