Join us for the Wingman Dry-Tri for K9 Warriors — a team fitness competition supporting an incredible cause.Hosted at CrossFit Wingman, this event brings together athletes and the local community for a fun and challenging workout while raising money for K9s For Warriors, a nonprofit that provides trained service dogs to veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma.
💪 THE COMPETITION
Open Division • Teams of 3
Teams will complete a dry-triathlon style workout:
🚴 8,000m Bike (shared)
🚣 4,000m Row (shared)
🏃 1-Mile Team Run
Order: Bike → Row → Run
• Athletes may rotate anytime on bike & row
• Run must be completed together
• Teams must finish within arm’s reach
• Time stops when the last teammate finishes
• Heats start every 30 minutes

$180 per team (3 athletes)
