Join us on November 18th from 5:30pm – 6:30pm at the Event Venue at Dove Mountain Brewing Co. for a special wine class featuring seven seasonal favorites selected by Master Sommelier Laura Williamson.
Laura will be joining us virtually to share her expert insight on choosing the perfect wines for your Thanksgiving table, while our returning guest Kerry Chilcote of Quail Distributing will be on-hand to help bring this season’s featured selections to life.
Prepare to rethink your holiday pairings! Laura will explore why some of our most treasured wines may not be the best match for traditional Thanksgiving dishes. Through an engaging and approachable tasting, she’ll demystify the art of food and wine pairing, share practical tips for selecting wines to complement every course, and introduce new favorites you’ll want to share long after the holiday season.
Each guest will also enjoy a personal charcuterie plate, thoughtfully prepared to complement the evening’s wine selections.
