Food & Wine Education Class w/Winemaker Rob Lewis This is the “essential” food and wine class because it is be a jam packed 3 hours of learning all about wine including; history, terminology, aging, purchasing, storing, old world vs. new world, wine making, component tasting and food with 5 wines! That's 5 full glasses of wine and food! You'll learn so much... This is a seriously fun and educational class! Rob is fun, entertaining and uses videos and powerpoint... etc., you'll learn a lot. More than 1,000 students have taken this class over the last 10 years! This class will teach you “essentially” all you need to know to be a true wine connoisseur. You will be learning the science behind food & wine pairing, so every meal going forward can be amazing!
