Food & Wine Education Class w/Winemaker Rob Lewis This is the “essential” food and wine class because it is be a jam packed 3 hours of learning all about wine including; history, terminology, aging, purchasing, storing, old world vs. new world, wine making, component tasting and food with 5 wines! Rob also recently wrote the book "Unveiling The Sommelier Secrets to Food & Wine Pairing" which you'll be receiving a copy of.
