Welcome to a fantastic and convivial winemaker's dinner with Mezzacorona Friday 20th September!Based in the Italian Dolomite Alps, this year marks 120 years since when 11 grape growers and hoteliers united to start producing wine to serve the enthusiastic guests who came to the dolomites to discover the amazing skiing and pristine mountain air, and we feel this the perfect opportunity to come and experience a magical 6 course Italian inspired menu, paired with the prestige wines of this wonderful estate, and discover the 'New' incarnation of De Tre Nonner.
To help us on the adventure, we have enlisted the fresh pasta making skills of Leanord Stefan Zoltan, known locally for his amazing pasta dishes made from scratch, who has helped our head chef Pierre come up with some dishes to tantalise the taste buds, and pair perfectly with the wines, which will be presented by Mezzacorona Norwegian Ambassador John Solheim, alongside our head sommelier Angus.
