Join us for another culinary adventure in Benchmark!
September is Harvest Time in Niagara and we want to celebrate the amazing winemakers all around our region. First up to the stage is our very own Allison Findlay!
A paired 4 course dinner menu designed by Chef Justin Downes will take you through a fantastic journey of terroir and local ingredients.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail reception with Hors D'oeuvres and Bubbles at 6pm.
Dinner will start at 6:45pm.
Free parking available on site.

This is a non-gratuity Student Event.
Benchmark is a teaching restaurant and, therefore, a no-tipping establishment.
