An Evening with the Winemaker and Chef Grecco at Winehaven!
Join us for a very special Winemaker’s Dinner at Winehaven Winery on April 10 or April 11, hosted at our beautiful estate vineyard in Chisago City. This exclusive five-course dining experience is a true celebration of craft, collaboration, and nationally recognized wines.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with light appetizers and a relaxed social hour, followed by a seated dinner at 7:00 PM. Each course is expertly prepared by Executive Chef Justin Grecco of Grand View Lodge and thoughtfully paired by Winemaker Kyle Peterson, featuring four nationally awarded wines from the San Francisco International Wine Competition—plus a Best of Show mead!
