The Rhode Island Wine Experience Grand Tasting returns for its third year as the signature event of Wine X, bringing together an extraordinary celebration of exceptional wines, culinary excellence, and meaningful conversation in the heart of downtown Providence.

Presented in partnership with GoProvidence and the Providence Culinary Collective, the Grand Tasting transforms The Capital Grille into an immersive wine destination where guests can discover world class wines, meet acclaimed winemakers and industry experts, and experience the vibrant culinary culture that continues to define Rhode Island.

New for 2027, the Grand Tasting is expanding beyond the restaurant to include The Capital Grille's outdoor patio, creating even more opportunities to sip, socialize, and enjoy the spring atmosphere in downtown Providence. Guests will also enjoy an all new Spirits Lounge, featuring premium spirits, craft cocktails, and specialty tastings that complement the event's celebrated wine experience.

Throughout the afternoon, guests will enjoy tastings from distinguished wineries and beverage brands, alongside thoughtfully curated culinary offerings from local and regional partners. From celebrated vineyards and boutique producers to emerging labels and artisan food purveyors, every tasting has been selected to inspire discovery and celebrate craftsmanship.
