Susan Guttman is a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and accomplished artist. She enjoys gardening, live theater and concerts,.and cooking (sometimes), as well as, collecting and sharing wine with friends. Prior to retiring, Susan sold wine to stores and restaurants, where she would educate the staff about the wine and get much joy from their reactions to the flavors and aromas!
In this class, you will experience a "Blind Tasting" of five wines, including two varieties of white wines and three varieties of red wines. Each pour is 2 ounces...for a total of 10 ounces total. The bottles will be covered as to not reveal the brand or variety of the wines...creating a true "Blind Tasting".
We will discuss aromas using our sense of smell and flavors using our sense of taste. There is no right or wrong answer. Tastings are subjective. We are all unique and so are our opinions.
Complimentary crackers and cheese will be served to help clear your palette between wine tastings. *Please eat dinner prior to the class so you are not drinking on an empty stomach.
