In the first of this series, Don will bring in 4 wines made with grapes you may never have heard of. He'll teach us why they're not so well known, why they're making a comeback, who is producing them, why they're delicious on their own versus in a blend, and more.

If you only stick to the big six because you're afraid to look stupid trying something new, this is the tasting for you. There's more to life than Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Riesling, Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Syrah (Shiraz). They're great for a reason, but there are more veritals to try and maybe even to love.
