🍷🇦🇺 Brockenchack Wines - Bringing the Barossa to New Zealand

Brockenchack (pronounced Brock-en-shack) is a multi-generational family winery located high in South Australia’s renowned Barossa region.

Set within Eden Valley and surrounded by world-famous vineyards such as Henschke and Yalumba, the region benefits from ideal growing conditions. Warm days and cool nights create a perfect balance, resulting in wines with excellent structure, natural acidity, fine tannins, and expressive aroma and flavour in every bottle. The area has been producing grapes since the mid-1800s, with Brockenchack’s own Riesling vines dating back to 1896.

At the heart of Brockenchack is founder Trev, whose vision is to craft wines he is proud of while building a lasting family legacy. When the winery launched its first vintage in 2008, Trev and Marilyn named the label after their four grandchildren: BROnte, MaCKENzie, CHArli and JaCK. Each wine in the range also carries a personal connection, named after family members or meaningful inspirations.

Your tasting will be hosted by Trev’s son-in-law, Darren Naylor, who has been involved with Brockenchack since its beginning. Darren is a natural storyteller who shares the wines in a relaxed, engaging, and informative way, bringing the Brockenchack story to life for both enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
