Wine Tasting 101: Wine and Cheese

Wine 101 classes are back with a delicious twist! Get ready to explore four expertly paired wines with spring cheeses in this immersive 90-minute class. You’ll dive into the science of food and wine pairing, learn how to select and serve cheese for a party or cheese board, and discover tips for choosing the perfect accompaniments. Our beverage team and cheesemonger will guide you through the unique flavors of four cheeses, including Tomme Aux Fleurs, Verona, Asheville Goat, and Noble Road, while providing insights into the wines, their grapes, regions, and producers. Plus, enjoy a glass of bubbly to start your evening right. By the end, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to host your own wine and cheese party. Tickets are $115 and include all wines, cheeses, and expert guidance.
