Wine School: The Perfect Pair

School just got a lot cooler... we added wine! Join us this Valentine's Day for a special evening on the Hill to see our Tasting Room transformed into the ultimate classroom, set up with everything you need. Class starts with an hour-long lesson complete with fun and educational wine basics while you sip, savor, and soak up everything you need to know.

In this class, led by Pippin Hill Wine Educator Carter Mace, you'll learn how to be the perfect host by mastering wine pairings for a multi-course meal. Taste six carefully selected Pippin Hill wines and discover how each one enhances and complements different dishes, from appetizers to the main course and beyond.

Discover the secrets to curating a complete wine and dining experience at home, whether you're planning an intimate dinner for two or hosting a gathering. You’ll leave with the skills to impress your guests with flawless pairings that elevate every meal.

Seating for the class portion is reserved by group, and after the instruction, attendees will gather around the table to enjoy a family-style, specially curated multi-course dinner {see sample menu below}.

Cancellations

Refunds requested more than 7 days before the event can be processed through Eventbrite, excluding their service fee. For cancellations within 7 days, a Pippin Hill Tasting Room gift card will be provided.
