Tickets are live for an evening at the Big Tree of incredible food and wine! Our friends from Josh Cellars will guide us through the pairing dinner with chef-curated courses and thoughtfully selected wines. Dinner begins promptly at 6pm. Arrive any time after 5:30pm for a bubbly welcome and time to mingle.

Amuse Bouche | The Pesto Scallop & Josh Cellars Reserve Sonoma Coast Sauvignon Blanc

Soup | Truffle Parmesan Cream & Josh Cellars Reserve North Coast Chardonnay

Salad | Classic Frisee, Soft Poached Egg and Lardons & Josh Cellars Reserve Santa Barbara Pinot Noir
-A french bistro favorite with crisp frisee greens, a perfectly poached egg, savory lardons.
Entree | Herb Roasted Pork Belly Porchetta & Josh Cellars Reserve Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
