Non-Refundable: Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled by us. This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, unforeseen events, or changes in availability.
Ticket Protection: Refunds can only be issued if you have purchased ticket protection. If you have protection and need to request a refund, this must be done no less than 48 hours before the event. Requests made after this time cannot be processed.
Exclusion of Purchases: The ticket price covers entry and materials only.
Outside Food & Drink: No food or drink purchased outside the venue is permitted on the premises. All refreshments must be bought directly from the venue.
