Looking for something a little different? 💫Join us for a Wine Down Yoga Experience—a one-of-a-kind workshop that blends movement, relaxation, and connection.
We’ll start with a gentle 45-minute Recovery Flow (all levels welcome), followed by a 30-minute chakra-focused Sound Bowl session with Miranda.
Then we shift into a guided wine tasting + food pairing in the lobby 🍷
You’ll experience four wines paired with small bites, explored through mindful tasting, sensory awareness, and chakra alignment—a continuation of the journey from the mat.
It’s educational, relaxing, and just the right amount of social—designed to bring our community together in a new way.
