Parks and Recreation is very excited to announce Wine Down Wednesday Tai-Chi!Ease into your evening with a fun, low-impact Tai Chi class designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall wellness. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Then, wind down with a complimentary glass of wine and connect with fellow community members who share your interest in health and wellness.
These Wine Down Wednesdays are complimentary classes each month to Parks and Recreation members. Take advantage of this new perk!
