Join us for Wine Down Wednesday, a 1-hour restorative yoga experience now led by Kendall Bailey, a local yoga and barre instructor who brings a calm, welcoming energy to each session. Kendall teaches throughout the Altus area and is excited to guide you through an evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and sip something delicious for the hour after class.
