WINE Down Wednesday was created to make that first step easier.
This is not your average homebuyer seminar. There will be no stiff classroom atmosphere, no confusing presentation filled with industry language, and no pressure to apply for anything before you are ready.
Instead, you are invited to join Cylver Smith and local homeownership experts for a relaxed after-work evening of wine, light snacks, music, conversation, and practical information about buying your next home.

During the evening, we will talk about:

• What lenders consider when evaluating buyer readiness
• What you may be able to do now, even if you are not ready to purchase immediately
• Down payment assistance programs that may be available
• The people and resources that can help you move forward with greater clarity
Eligible homebuyers may have access to up to $15,000 in down payment assistance.
And something many people do not realize: some repeat buyers may also qualify.
