Welcome to Wine Down Sundays - Wine & Yoga! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Red Lion Smokehouse. Unwind with a soothing yoga session followed by fine wine.
Doors open at 11am with a 60 minutes yoga class starting at 11:30am. This class is suitable for all levels. We will get our bodies moving, stretch, reflect and breath. After class there will be some light bar snacks as Sommelier John Murray leads us through an informative and interactive wine tasting.
This one will be a particularly special Wine Down Sunday as it is instructor Lana's birthday and we will be raising a glass to her.
Tickets are $45+ tax and can be purchased in advance via Eventbrite.ca or at the restaurant.
Please Bring your own Yoga Mat.
