Wine Dinner at NYBS Augusta Rd w/ The Hilt & Jonata

Hello neighbors and fans of The New York Butcher Shoppe.

Spring has sprung and the days are perfect for enjoying some great wine with your friends and family. We invite you to join us for our Wine Dinner event planned on Sunday April 19th at 6:30pm at our Augusta Road Shoppe for an intimate night out enjoying our Premium Wine Tastings and food pairings.

This month we will be showcasing a couple of iconic central coast wineries. One that defines the Santa Rita Hills AVA, dealing with roughest conditions for a grape grower but a paradise for a wine maker! The Hilt Estate offers amazing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from single vineyards that are only a few miles from the cold harsh Pacific Ocean.

The other features wines from the Ballard Canyon AVA of Santa Barbara with a commitment to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. Jonata is a Central Coast project from the group that owns Screaming Eagle winery. Screaming Eagle is one of the Napa cult wines that commands hundreds of dollars per bottle for their wine. Jonata is a much more wallet-friendly option for wine

Our Augusta Road team is developing a themed four-course tasting-size portioned chef-prepared menu, to pair perfectly with the night’s wines; The Hilt Bentrock Vineyard Chardonnay, the Hilt Estate Pinot Noir, Jonata El Alma De Jonata, and Jonata Red Todos blend of Ballard Canyon.

Tickets are $199.00 for a couple.

Each purchase of a “couples’ ticket” will receive THREE bottles to take home: the Paring Sauvingnon Blanc, Hilt Estate Pinot Noir, and Jonata Red Todos (combined over $90 in retail value)

We will be offering two special flights for you to experience these exquisite wines. If you Pre-Order more than $300.00 from any of the featured wines, the price of the flight will be fully complimentary.

All featured wines will be available for special pricing purchases only if locked down that night, delivery will be made by the end of the week 4/24/2026.
