Join us at Grapes & Hops for a one-of-a-kind wine pairing and gourmet dinner with Chef David Duarte. This evening event includes four glasses of wine paired with four dishes. The event is dinner and a show while Chef David plates and discusses each dish in front of the crowd. Jen Rogers, owner of Grapes and Hops will take you through the wines paired with each dish and offer each bottle for deep discounts at this event only.
Spain: Brut Cava paired with stuffed flounder with corn purée and red pepper coulis
India: Tiki Marsala chicken with potato, peas, and garbanzo beans paired with a South African Chenin Blanc
Mexico: California Pinot Noir paired with mole braised short rib with ancho cherry barbeque sauce
Italy: French Sauvignon Blanc paired with gnocchi with pistachio cream
