Add to your Adventures this Summer and join us in our Third Annual Wine & Whitewater Escape weekend! We’re teaming up with the World Class Bed & Breakfast - The Bross Hotel - 10 couples or 20 guests, Western Slope SUP and the Chef Ron for dinner at the former Wisehart Springs Inn. Our goal is to provide a magnificent weekend of casual enjoyment, rafting, top notch lodging, fine wine and cuisine in the heart of Colorado’s largest concentration of organic farms, centered in the West Elks American Viticultural Area.

Traditional French chicken slow-simmered in a rich Syrah reduction with pearl onions, earthy button mushrooms, and savory lardons. Served over velvety pommes purée with butter-glazed haricots verts.

Dark Chocolate Dipped Seasonal Fruit

Sun-ripened 2026 harvest cherries, apricots, or peaches hand-dipped in decadent dark chocolate. Finished with a lush red wine reduction and a salty-sweet pistachio gremolata.
