We're bringing Sietze Wijma and The Art of Tasting to Copenhagen for the first time. Over one day, you'll taste 25+ flavour compounds and wine faults in isolation — one at a time, in a neutral base wine — and finish with a blind tasting of four commercial wines.
The wine faults session alone is worth it. It's something most tasters only ever experience by accident. Here, you do it on purpose.
