Wine Blending Experience at The Wine Foundry

This hands-on experience has you follow the same process our winemaking team uses to craft award-winning wines at The Wine Foundry.
About this Event

Step behind the cellar door and roll up your sleeves to experience the art and science of our next-level approach to achieving complex, dynamic, and delicious wines through the blending process. First, we will taste barrel samples of individual varietals to understand the character of each component. Then, through trial and error, we will experiment with various combinations to arrive at a wine with the structure, flavor, complexity and balance that we seek. We will have plenty of time to sip, share, and compare as we discover combinations that take our taste buds to their happy place. No previous winemaking knowledge necessary!
