Join us for a Wine Basics Class & Tasting, led by Jill! This class will cover a range of topics that are perfect for wine newbies OR wine lovers just looking to brush up on their knowledge! We'll have 8 bottles open to taste and the tasting will complement learning things like: what do tannins ACTUALLY feel/taste like? What effect does aging actually have on a wine? How does acidity level affect food pairings? How does oak affect different wine grapes?
