About this Event
Join us for this year's Wine & Truffle Festival on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th November, for an evening of walk-around tastings. Discover exquisite Italian wines, brought directly from Italy’s finest producers for this festival! Carve your appetite with unique Italian food options from stations throughout the store, the ground and first floor, exclusively available for those attending the festival.
Meet the producers, smell fresh truffle, and discover the secrets behind truffle hunting from truffle specialists themselves. Are you in?
How does it work?
Purchase your set of tokens, and you will receive your own Eataly pouch and wine glass (to keep!) and sample red, white, and sparkling wines of your choice. When you arrive at Eataly, you’ll be handed a map outlining where you can find all wine producers and food stands.
How to join in:
1. Choose which day you would like to attend:
o Thursday 6th November: 5 pm - 10 pm
o Friday 7th November: 5 pm - 10 pm
2. Choose how many tokens from the bundles below:
o £30 ticket: 5 tokens
o £40 ticket: 7 tokens
o £50 ticket: 10 tokens
o £60 ticket: 12 tokens
Here's a breakdown of how you can spend tokens.
1 token can get you either:
• A single wine tasting (75ml)
• An Italian dish (vegetarian options will be available)
2 tokens can get you:
• A premium wine tasting (75ml)
Can't get enough of wine and truffle? Purchase more tokens on the day from our info point at £5 per extra single token.
Please note with any one of these bundles, you will receive ONE wine glass and ONE Eataly pouch to take home. To sample the wines each individual must purchase one of these bundles first.
Entry:
You can join the festival anytime between 5 pm and 9 pm. The last entry is at 9 pm, and all wine stations will close at 10 pm. Welcome desk and food stalls will close at 9pm Please have a printed or electronic copy of your ticket QR code for our team to scan on arrival.
IMPORTANT:
Please note ticket sales close online 2 hours before each event day. However, we welcome walk-ins. Please kindly note that, due to demand, some wines may finish during the festival. The same applies to the food offer.
T&Cs:
Tickets are non-refundable; however, tickets can be transferred to another name or another session among the two festival dates if needed. The last entry across the festival is at 9 pm. Tokens are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at the Wine & Truffle Festival. Extra tokens are available for purchase on the day.
