Wine & Gems: Pennsylvania

Wine & Gems is our new event series exploring the connections between wine, gems, and geology throughout different regions around the world. Each event will focus on a specific place, highlighting native gemstones, mineral formations, and wines shaped by the same landscapes.

Our first event begins at home in Pennsylvania! Join us for an evening of gemstone education and wine tasting as we explore the state's rich geological history through a focus on garnet, amethyst, and quartz, paired with a curated selection of Pennsylvania wines.

Guided by a Kris Sokac, a GIA certified gemologist, and trained sommelier, Sarah Ryan, guests will learn how minerals influence both the formation of gemstones and the terroir of wine. You'll have the opportunity to examine specimens up close, taste three wines, and shop from event-exclusive jewelry designs featuring the region's gemstones.

Ticket includes a guided gemstone presentation, tasting of three Pennsylvania wines, and light bites in our secret garden.
