We are thrilled to bring together these two passionate artisans for a unique tasting experience. This exclusive event will feature a guided pairing of five exceptional wines from Bricoleur Vineyards and four delicious courses of perfectly crafted food from Mission Bakery.
Bricoleur Vineyards is a family-owned, certified sustainable winery in Sonoma County. The name, which means "One who starts building something with no clear plan, adding bits here and there, cobbling together a whole while flying by the seat of their pants” perfectly describes their path to success! They are dedicated to crafting elegant wines that are a pure expression of their stunning estate vineyards. Every bottle is a testament to their commitment to quality and the art of putting the pieces together to create something truly beautiful.
We are delighted to showcase our fantastic neighbor, Mission Bakery. While owner Jonathan St. Hilaire has built a reputation on his incredible bread and pastries, his talents extend far beyond. Jonathan is a masterful chef with a true passion for creating unique and memorable food experiences. He'll be crafting dishes specifically to complement Bricoleur's wines, showcasing his ability to blend classic techniques with innovative flavors.
Leading the wine experience for the evening will be Erin Mosier, who joins us on behalf of Bricoleur Vineyards. Erin will guide us through each wine, sharing the story behind the brand and the art of crafting each wine. Jonathan will be on hand to discuss his dishes and the thought process behind each delicious pairing, helping you discover how a great chef and a great glass of wine can elevate each other in surprising ways.
