Day-by-Day Itinerary:
➢ Day 05/12/2026: Arrival in Rome
Departure from the United States on May 11th and arrival in Rome on May 12th, with the time in Rome being 6 hours ahead of EST.
Arrive in Rome, transfer to the hotel by coach/bus and check-in.
Evening walk in the historic center: Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna.
Dinner at a traditional Roman restaurant with local specialties.
➢ Day 05/13/2026: Rome
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the main monuments: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill.
Visit the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
Authentic Italian Pasta Experience.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
➢ Day 05/14/2026: Rome - Viterbo (approximately 1.5 hours drive)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for Viterbo in the morning.
Visit the historic center of the city, also known as the Papal seat. One of Viterbo’s main attractions is the Papal Palace, with its scenic loggia and staircase leading to the hall where a lengthy conclave was held.
Tasting of typical products from Tuscia (truffle, oil, local wines).
At 3:00 PM, guests will join the NATURCIBUS Experience, featuring a presentation of truffle-based products, guided tastings, and a live cooking show.
Dinner and overnight stay in Viterbo.
➢ Day 05/15/2026: Viterbo - Orvieto - Montepulciano (approximately 2 hours drive)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for Orvieto, a city rich in historical and artistic heritage—unique in Umbria in its own way. A "museum city" that has experienced various historical eras, notably in Etruscan and medieval times, representing a significant cultural and historical center in Italy. A city of art with nearly three thousand years of history that will captivate and fascinate.
Visit the Duomo and San Patrizio's Well.
Continue to Montepulciano.
Walk through the historic center and taste Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
Dinner and overnight in Chianciano.
➢ Day 05/16/2026: Chianciano - Montalcino – Pienza
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Montalcino and the Brunello di Montalcino winery.
Continue to Pienza: walk in the historic center, tasting Pecorino cheese and local wines.
Visit an artisan cheese dairy and meet the producers.
Return to Chianciano, dinner at a typical farmhouse (Agriturismo).
Overnight at the hotel.
➢ Day 05/17/2026: Montepulciano / Pienza – Perugia
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for Perugia, one of the most beautiful and original historic cities in Europe, featuring an intact medieval quarter beneath the surface and an impressive artistic and architectural heritage to explore at a leisurely urban trekking pace.
Visit the historic center, Rocca Paolina, and Fontana Maggiore.
Chocolate tasting and Umbrian wine experience. Dinner and overnight in Perugia.
➢ Day 05/18/2026: Perugia - Castelli Romani
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for the Castelli Romani area.
Visit Frascati, Castel Gandolfo and Nemi: villages with volcanic lakes, villas, archaeological sites, and food & wine traditions.
Winery tour with tastings of Frascati wines and local products.
Dinner featuring traditional dishes from Castelli Romani.
➢ Day 05/19/2026: Castelli Romani - Rome and Departure
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
Free morning for last-minute visits or shopping.
Transfer to FCO Airport and return to Florida.

Arrival in the United States.
