The Menu:
-Torched Salmon with jalapeño peppers, spicy, sour, sweet, and smoky, finished with a maple sugar glaze
-Baby Spinach Salad with tamari dressing, gorgonzola-stuffed poached pear, and pumpkin bread croutons
-Orecchiette tossed in ramp pesto, served from a Parmesan wheel, and topped with toasted Pepitos
