Wine & Design Charcuterie Class 12/5 6:30pmJoin us for an evening of charcuterie design and your favorite wine. All guests will learn the techniques of creating a beautiful charcuterie board taught by talented culinary artist and owner of Alaina's Gourmet Creations, Alaina Pippitt. Each class participant will receive their own 11"x 5" charcuterie board and be guided through the process of preparing an edible work of art. All materials are provided for the charcuterie class. Guests may bring their favorite wine to pair with their creations.
