Indulge in a variety of small production, artisan cheeses from across the UK and Europe, each expertly paired with the finest wines from King Street Cellar. Camilla will teach you all about the history of each cheese, the animals & farms involved, the dairy and the production method, as well as about the flavour of every cheese and the art of pairing, while Ben will showcase six phenomenal wines and teach you about their provencance, production and flavour profiles.
