Wine & Cheese Pairing Workshop: Southern Italy

We will be presenting six wine and cheese pairings from Southern Italy, featuring wines and cheeses from Calabria and Basilicata. Learn what makes these regions special, how their soils and native grape varietals differ, and which Italian cheeses we paired with our featured wines.

Adult Therapy is located inside Glass of Life at 499 7th Ave N in the Historic Uptown neighborhood at Round Lake. There is free parking in the rear/behind Adult Therapy at Glass of Life and on the streets surrounding our shop/studio - please do not park in the spots marked for Residences above the shop or you risk being towed.

Our format for our Pairing Workshops:

6 - 6:15pm Greet/Check-in

6:15 - 7:15pm Intro/Presentation of Pairings

7:15 - 7:30pm Q & A/Check-out
