About this Event
Mare Santo is a premium Slovenian sparkling wine produced in the Goriška Brda hills and aged 20 meters below the Adriatic Sea for 12–24 months. This underwater maturation, protected from light and oxygen, develops a unique, mineral-rich, and creamy flavour profile while creating natural seashell deposits on each bottle.
Participants will enjoy a guided tasting with our wine masters paired with curated light bites, all set against the stunning backdrop of the open ocean as we depart into the golden hour.
