Wine 101 & Blind Tasting Class at Philosophers & Fools

Philosophers & Fools will host a Wine 101 & Blind Tasting Class with Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley on Wednesday April 29 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

The class will explore the nerdy fun of blind tasting wine and how this can better help you understand wine and your own preferences. The class will draw on O’Kelley’s own method but also highlight techniques from Wine Folly: The Essential Guide to Wine, which can be purchased at Philosophers & Fools before or after the class. Tickets are $75 and include four wines and some snacks to enjoy alongside.

There will be a detailed handout, ample time for questions and an order sheet to order your favorite wines for pick-up.

Seating is very limited and tickets must be purchased in advance.
