Windup, AGM & End of Year Presentations

Join us at the track on Saturday, 7 November for a full day to wrap up the 2026 season with some riding, our AGM, a curry for dinner and, of course, celebrating our 2026 Club Champions 🥳
Proposed schedule:
🏍️ Ride Day, track open from 8:00am to 4:00pm
📋 AGM approx. 5:00pm
🍛 Curry dinner
🏆 2026 Club Championship Presentations
If you would like to nominate for a committee position or submit any agenda items for the meeting, please get in touch with us via direct message or email to [email protected]. Nominations close on the 10 October.
And for dinner, we’d love to put on another great curry spread like last year! If you’re happy to contribute a curry, side or dessert, please get in touch. The club will reimburse the cost of ingredients, so all we need is your fabulous cooking skills 😋
Please RSVP for catering purposes.
It should be a really nice way to finish off the year together; a bit of riding, some good food and a chance to celebrate everyone who made the season what it was!
Hope to see you all there!
