The Windsor Hip Hop Festival is back and we are getting ready for an amazing day of music, culture, creativity, unity, and community.
Join us on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 11 AM to 8 PM EST at Ernest Atkinson Park in Windsor, Ontario for a full-day celebration of hip hop and the people who help keep the culture alive.
This festival is all about giving the city a platform to shine. We want to bring together the community, celebrate local talent, support small businesses, and showcase the many elements of hip hop culture all in one place.
We are currently looking for artists from all elements of hip hop including:
* MCs / Rappers
* DJs / Turntablists
* Breakdancers / Dancers
* Graffiti artists / live painters
* Producers / Beat makers
* Poets / Spoken word artists
* Beatboxers
* Hosts
* Photographers
* Videographers
* Other creatives representing the culture
If you want to be part of the Windsor Hip Hop Festival, we want to hear from you.
We are also calling vendors of all kinds. If you have a food business, clothing brand, art, handmade goods, merchandise, community service, youth program, or small business, we invite you to be part of the event.
And yes — all vendor spots are FREE again for this year only.
That’s right. We want to continue creating opportunities for the community and helping vendors be part of something positive and powerful.
We are also accepting donations to help support the festival. Donations help cover important event needs such as:
* Sound and stage equipment
* Artist and DJ support
* Marketing and promotion
* Security and safety needs
* Tents, tables, and event supplies
