We invite all patients of the Windsor Family Health Team and Team Care Centre to participate in our Annual Patient Engagement Session!

Join us for one of two sessions (10AM-12PM or 5:00PM-7:00PM). Light refreshments will be served.

This is your opportunity to share your experiences, provide feedback, and help us improve our services. Your input will guide our priorities and support our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Come and have your voice heard!
