The City of Monroe invites residents to take part in the second Winchester Redevelopment Initiative community engagement session. This meeting will share what we’ve heard so far, including feedback from the first session, and introduce early design concepts for the revitalization area, linear park, and greenway alignment.
Walk into the Winchester Community Center (1001 Winchester Avenue) anytime from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17.
🍰 Gingham Girls Cake Rolls and a Dirty Soda Bar will be available while supplies last.
