Wina Wellness Summer Evening Retreat

Join us for an evening intentionally created to honour, celebrate, and nourish the incredible Indigenous women who have been part of the Wina Wellness community.

This intimate summer retreat is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend an evening reconnecting. With yourself, with community, and with the teachings that have brought us together throughout our Wina journey.

Together, we will gather over a shared meal, experience gentle restorative movement woven alongside Kwak'wala language, enjoy meaningful conversation, and take time to simply rest, reflect, and receive. Each participant will also receive a collection of thoughtfully curated retreat gifts to take home.

Registration Information

This retreat is limited to 20 participants.

To honour the commitment shown throughout the year, this retreat is reserved for Indigenous women who have completed at least one full Wina Wellness program.

This gathering is intended as an adults and youth (13+) event to create a space for participants to be fully present and receive uninterrupted time for themselves.

We recognize that transportation and childcare can sometimes be barriers to participation. To help make the evening more accessible, limited funding is available to assist with:

Bus fare or taxi transportation

Childcare or babysitting costs
